Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
  
• Products that have a ship out date can only be shipped out after the date elapses.
• If your order contains a mix of products that are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery and products that have a future ship out date, your order will ship out when the final product is available.
• You can also request to split your order into 2 shipment batches so that you get your same-day / next-day orders ASAP. Contact support here

Important Notes on Shipping

• We offer standard & express shipping options within the UK & USA.
• Standard shipping costs £9 in the UK & $12 within the USA and goes up according to the weight of your total order.
• Express shipping costs £30 in the UK & $35 within the USA and the prices goes up with the weight of your order.
• Standard shipping takes 6 - 20 working days depending on the availability of the item purchased at our nearest warehouse while Express shipping takes 4 - 6 working days.
• Customers shipping to destinations within the UK are exempt from paying VAT and import duties on purchases.
• If you are shopping from outside the UK & USA, your country may charge you import duties & VAT. We have no control over these fees.
• We offer express delivery to every other location and delivery periods take 4 - 7 working days
• Shipping rates and shipping timelines to different countries vary depending on the destination.
• Please note that shipping windows do not include the processing time.

Tracking:

• Express shipping orders receive a tracking code immediately after they are shipped.
• Standard shipping orders only get a tracking code when the package reaches the last-mile courier.
