Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 24 - 72 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Important Notes on Shipping

• We offer standard and express shipping options to all US states within the continental United States. We might be unable to ship to military locations or far away US Islands.
• Standard shipping costs $12 and goes up according to the weight of your total order.
• Express shipping costs $40 to the USA and the prices goes up with the weight of your order.
• Standard shipping takes 6 - 20 working days depending on the availability of the item purchased in our nearest warehouse while Express shipping takes 4 - 6 working days.
• We offer only express delivery to every other location outside the USA and delivery periods take 4 - 7 working days
• Shipping rates and shipping timelines to countries outside the USA vary depending on the destination.
• If you are shopping from outside the USA or UK, your country may charge you import duties & VAT. We have no control over these fees.
• Please note that shipping windows do not include the processing time

Tracking:

• Express shipping orders receive a tracking code immediately after they are shipped.
• Standard shipping orders only get a tracking code when the package reaches the last-mile courier.
